Grappa di Amaroneaged in wood
Grappa di Amarone is made from the distillation of dried grapes of the Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella varieties. The raw material comes exclusively from the Valpolicella area. The process includes an aging phase of at least 12 months in French oak barrels. The grappa’s sensory qualities are notable for an intense amber color, a fruity and vanilla scent, and a smooth taste with tones of vanilla, raisins, and cinnamon.
Grappa diMoscato
Moscato grapes are the base for this grappa, appreciated for its velvety smoothness. Continuous and discontinuous distillation and a resting period in oak barrels shape the aroma as much as the flavor. This deep golden brandy retains an aromatic scent and taste. The stars of the show are notes of raisin, dried fruit, and vanilla.
Grappa di Nebbiolo:dry flavor
Langhe and Albese are areas with a unique enological culture. From this region come the Nebbiolo varieties of grape, used for a notably dry grappa that still retains notes of vanilla and dried fruit. The amber color with golden hues is accompanied by an intense and tannic aroma with hints of spiced vanilla.
Grappa InvecchiataPiedmontese and regional
A balanced blend is the result of experimentation and research. Villa Serravalle Grappa Invecchiata is produced with selected grapes from Piedmont and other regions. The distillate is aged for 12 months in French Limousin oak barrels. The result of this laborious aging process is a smooth brandy, amber colored and with hints of fruit, vanilla, and delicate spices.
