Spirits, infusion and liqueurs since 1832

The intense passion and perfume of Sicily and the grapes of industrious Piedmont: the Inga family’s roots reach into the polar opposites contained within Italian identity. For over a century, the family has been involved in the production and marketing of Piedmontese grappas and liqueurs. From Gaetano Inga’s first distillery in Noto, to the opening of the Serravalle cellars at the beginning of the 20th century; from the recipes developed after the Second World War to the international consolidation of the last twenty years, the family has been handing down its history and knowledge for five generations. The secrets of the art of distillation have been carefully and lovingly passed on to ensure a product that is a triumph of taste, aroma, and harmony. Today, the online sales service reaches every part of Italy.

The past and the future: two iconic products

Antico Amarodi Serravalle

This artisanal amaro dates to 1832, when it was invented by a Capuchin monk named Vincislao. His ancient medicinal elixir became the ancestor of a product that sums up the history of the Inga family’s experience in the world of spirits. This amaro, skillfully made with a select blend of 22 herbs, roots, and barks, can be considered the signature piece of the whole collection. Soft on the palate, it stands out for its harmonious balance between aromas including bitter and sweet orange, gentian, mint and rhubarb.
